Got a question for us?
We want everyone at NightGarden to have the best time.
To help you plan ahead, please have a look at our FAQs.
When does the event start?
You can arrive on site from 1pm to start pitching your tent. Music starts around 3pm and will finish after midnight. Lineup and set times will be released closer to the event.
Will there be food?
A vegan, nut-free dinner will be served in the evening (included in ticket price). Feel free to bring your own snacks, but please avoid bringing nuts.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, we will be selling a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
NightGarden takes place in a garden with varied underfoot conditions, including gravel, paving, grass and woodchippings, though it is generally quite flat. There are two outdoor toilets with ramp access including one slightly larger accessible one. Please let us know (at nightgardenfest@gmail.com) if you have any access requirements and we are happy to assist.
I have a health condition, what should I do?
Please inform us if you have any health conditions (including allergies) that you think we should know about, and bring along any specific medicines and aids. Our crew includes people with basic first aid training, but attendees come at their own risk.
Where can I stay?
If you want to stay on-site on Saturday night, you can pitch up a tent in our garden or park a campervan in the carpark. Please buy a ticket per tent/vehicle so we know what numbers to expect. Alternatively, there is a Premier Inn hotel 2.6 miles away.
How can I get there?
By train: Flixton station – 10 min drive away.
By tram: Sale tram stop – 15 min drive away.
By bus: 255 from Manchester Piccadilly stops directly outside.
By road: Exit the M6 at Junction 21 and park on-site.
We are keen to make NightGarden as sustainable as possible so please let us know if you are interested in carpooling or would ideally like a lift from nearby train or tram stations and we will endeavour to streamline and assist with transport.
Can I bring a dog?
Responsible dog owners are welcome to bring furry friends along. Please keep them on leads at all times and ensure you pick up their poop! Please also be aware that there are goats, chickens, cats and dogs that call this site their home.
What should I wear? Whatever makes you feel good!
Sparkly, colourful, creative outfits and costumes are VERY welcome. Sensible shoes and warm layers for the evening are recommended.
Can I help out?
Additions to the crew are very welcome. We're always looking for bar staff, food servers, site assemblers, photographers, ticket checkers... Get in touch with nightgardenfest@gmail.com if you're keen!
We can't wait to welcome you!
