FAQs
When does the event start?
The festivities start at 2pm and run until 2am.
If you're camping, you can arrive on site from 1:30pm to start pitching your tent.
Where does it take place?
We keep our location secret until you book your ticket,
but so you know, we’re near Carrington in Trafford.
How can I get there?
By train: Flixton station – 10 min drive away.
By tram: Sale tram stop – 15 min drive away.
By bus: 255 from Manchester Piccadilly (just £2!) stops directly outside.
By road: Exit the M6 at Junction 21 and park on-site.
One of the biggest contributors to our carbon footprint is travel.
Please share your car with your friends and family - the more the merrier!
Travel by bike, bus, train or tram and you get £5 off all NightGarden merchandise (totes, tees and prints)! Just show proof of travel at the merch desk.
Will there be food?
A vegan, nut-free dinner will be served in the evening (included in ticket price). Feel free to bring your own snacks, but please avoid bringing nuts.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, we sell a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Your custom at the bar helps make this event financially possible!
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
NightGarden takes place in a garden with varied underfoot conditions, including gravel, paving, grass and woodchippings, though it is generally quite flat. There is an accessible outdoor toilet. Please let us know (nightgardenfest@gmail.com) if you have any access requirements and we are happy to assist.
I have a health condition, what should I do?
Please inform us when booking tickets if you have any health conditions that we should know about (inc allergies). Please bring along any specific medicines and aids. Our crew includes basic first aiders, but attendees come at their own risk.
Where can I stay?
If you want to stay on-site on Saturday night, you can pitch up a tent in our garden or park a campervan in the carpark. Please buy a ticket per tent/vehicle so we know what numbers to expect. Alternatively, there is a Premier Inn hotel 2.6 miles away.
Can children attend?
Whilst we welcome families, all Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please note our programme isn’t specifically designed for children.
Can I bring a dog?
Responsible dog owners are welcome to bring furry friends along. Please keep them on leads at all times and ensure you pick up their poop! Please also be aware that there are goats, chickens, cats and dogs that call this site their home.
What should I wear?
Sparkly, colourful, creative outfits and costumes are VERY welcome. We want you to feel GOOD! Sensible shoes and warm layers for the evening are recommended.
Can I help out?
We're always looking for bar staff, food servers, site assemblers, ticket checkers... Please book a 'Volunteer ticket' for a reduced price in exchange for a 2-hour shift. Any questions, email nightgardenfest@gmail.com
We can't wait to welcome you to the festival!
